Troon North is one of the most amazing desert golf courses in the world and also home to some of the most exclusive residences in Arizona. When it came to marketing their new Ridge at Troon North development, Porchlight MCG+ was enlisted to create a one-of-a-kind sales piece that would speak to highly qualified prospects.
Needing something head and shoulders above the typical brochure, we started with a leather, hard-bound cover, hand selected heavyweight papers, short sheet pages and proceeded to fill it with fabulous photography of this stunning corner of desert North Scottsdale. We topped everything off with plenty of custom finishing at the time of printing – screened in metallic inks, embossing on the covers, spot UV and soft touch coatings. All told, this was a serious showpiece that definitely spoke to the caliber of home sites available in this exclusive development and one that we consider another successful client project.
